At Earring Making Kit, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for processing the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We advise you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with either a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products are not eligible for return once opened or used. These restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific product, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item, and once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
